Erik Litwin |

Erik became part of Litwin Management after graduating from Babson College with a B.S. in Business Administration, majoring in Finance. He is responsible for financing, lease negotiations, all aspects of property management, CAM reconciliations, financial reporting, and tenant improvements. Over his career, Erik has successfully negotiated over 800 leases and has been responsible for millions of dollars in capital improvements and tenant upgrades. Previously, Erik worked in the accounting and human resources departments of Westfield Group, the largest retail property group in the world by equity market capitalization. He also worked as Assistant General Manager of Westfield Fashion Square Mall in Sherman Oaks, CA.

Brad Litwin |

Brad became part of Litwin Management after graduating from Babson College with a B.S. in Business Administration, double majoring in Strategic Management and Finance. Brad is responsible for financing, lease negotiations, and property management including operations, maintenance requests, insurance, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. Over his career, Brad has successfully negotiated hundreds of leases and has overseen millions of dollars of both tenant and capital improvements. He is a pivotal part of Litwin Management's success.

Larry Litwin founded Litwin Management in 1975. Before Erik and Brad joined his side, he was the sole face of the company and was responsible for all facets of the business. Currently, he oversees every aspect of the daily operations and guides the vision forward. Larry graduated from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo with a B.S. in Architecture and Environmental Design. His architecture background enables him to have a full understanding of construction, building mechanics and building design. Prior to Litwin Management, Larry co-founded one of the nation's largest leather manufacturing businesses.
