Brad Litwin has more than 15 years of commercial real estate experience and has engaged in the acquisition, disposition and management of numerous property types, including retail shopping centers, office buildings, multifamily apartments and single-tenant NNN assets. His current focus is on shaping the future direction and continued expansion of Litwin Management.
Brad holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Babson College in Wellesley, Massachusetts, where he double-majored in Strategic Management and Finance. He lives in Los Angeles with his wife, four children and their beagle, Benji. |
Larry Litwin |

Founder of Litwin Management, Larry Litwin has provided visionary leadership since the company’s inception in 1975. He continues to offer strategic guidance and direction to the company. Larry holds a degree in Architecture and Environmental Design from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. He resides in Los Angeles with his wife and enjoys spending time with his six grandchildren and two “grand dogs.”
After graduating from Cal Poly in 1972, Larry began his career as an architect with Victor Gruen Associates and the City of Beverly Hills. In 1979, he co-founded Custom Leathercraft Manufacturing Co., Inc. (CLC) from his garage. Over the course of two decades, CLC grew into a global leader in the manufacturing of specialty leather and fabric products for the construction and maintenance industries. By the time he exited the company in 1999, CLC was the one of the largest producers of toolbelts, kneepads, back support belts, gloves and related products to companies such as Home Depot, Costco and Ace Hardware. While building CLC, Larry also invested in real estate, acquiring 21 apartment buildings and managing more than 525 units across Greater Los Angeles. In the early 2000s, he transitioned the portfolio from multifamily holdings to retail shopping centers. Under his leadership, Litwin Management grew into a multigenerational family business, which is now led by his sons, Erik and Brad. |
